Who we are
Seniman Pangan was established in 2017 by Helianti Hilman, founder of Javara, after more than a decade of working alongside farmers, Indigenous communities and local food artisans across Indonesia.
Through our Idea-to-Market approach, we help communities turn local resources into market-ready products, services and gastronomy experiences — rooted in local identity, ready for today’s market.
