I2M Track 03

Gastronomy Experience

Leverage the value of farms and products through food service (cafés, eateries) and eco-tourism — cooking classes, bioculture dining and pop-up markets.

Overview

From a home kitchen to a memorable experience

Participants learn to design and host food experiences — thematic dinners, cooking classes and gastro-cultural trips — built around their own ingredients, recipes and traditions. We cover menu design, hospitality, storytelling and pricing, then run a pilot with real guests.
