Kaca piring is a fragrant flower that grows around the temple villages of Muaro Jambi. Once used in everyday drinks, it was slowly forgotten.

Working with local food artisans, we turned it into a syrup and a gluten-free pasta — and gave the village a new story to tell its visitors.
