I2M Track 01

Creative Farming

Direct, experience-based training to manage organic farming creatively and provide optimal economic value for farmers.

Overview

From a single crop to a thriving, diverse farm

Participants learn regenerative, creative ways of farming the plants around them — from seed and soil to harvest and post-harvest handling. We start from local biodiversity and traditional knowledge, so every farm can supply quality ingredients for new food products.
