Using the Idea-to-Market approach, participants map the ingredients their forests provide \u2014 cocoa, forest honey, kuini mango, wild guava, robusta coffee and palm sugar \u2014 and turn them into products with longer shelf life and a clear story.<\/p>\n<p>Through hands-on Product Innovation sessions, each community develops, tests and brands its own prototypes.
